It is one of the 11 ski areas of the Dolomiti Superski, it includes the slopes from Karerpass in Vigo di Fassa to Canazei. The Dolomites are a paradise for skiers, ready to be discovered. Legends and fairy tales tell of an enchanted valley of unestimated beauty, and we can assure you that the charm of Val di Fassa has remained unchanged over time.
The ski area of Canazei is for sure the most famous of all the Val di Fassa with the refuges, the après-ski and of course for the beautiful ski slopes always with pefect snow conditions. The ski area Belvedere offers modern lifts, 17 km of slopes of all levels, suitable for children and beginners but also for expert skiers.
The ski area Ciampac in Alba di Canazei offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains: Sassolungo, Sella and Marmolada. Skiers can choose among different kind of slope, even for the most experienced, the slope back to the village is famous both for its lenght, 2.5 km, and for its technical difficulty. This ski area is directly connected with the ski area Buffaure in Pozza di Fassa. It is the perfect one for children because the slopes there are sunny and you can enjoy a fully equipped babypark. You can ski from December 5 until Easter!
It is the clockwise and anticlockwise tour of the mountain Sella, one of the most beautiful massifs in the world. You can start it in Alba and spend the whole day with the ski on your feet, reaching Val Gardena, Val Badia and Arabba from Val di Fassa.
We suggest you to do it in a midweek day and to avoid the week end. Once you have chosen the itinerary, it will be easy to follow it because it is well marked.
Since the tour is very long and challenging, it is recommended to skiers of a certain level. In the hotel and in all the Skipass offices you can find the free ski maps.
The Panorama Skitour is the quintessential circuit around Val di Fassa. Travelling eighter clockwise or anticlockwise – on the yellow or red route – you can start the tour from any ski area and enjoy a glorious day of skiing with breath-taking panoramas amid the most famous peaks in the Dolomites. The Panorama Skitours is directly connected to the Sellaronda circuit.
The regions’s main ports of call for freestyle and snowboarding are the Buffaure Snowpark and Dolomiti Snowpark – Canazei Belvedere, designed for use by everyone with fun and safety in mind. The parks are home to jumps, obstacles, boxes and rails in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit different tastes and levels of ability. The big air bag measuring a huge 11×17 metres is not to be missed.

For those wanting to take a greater challenges and put their technical capabilities to the test, Val di Fassa has its onw black pearls. There are 5 black runs along the Panorama Skitour circuit: Diego, Ciampac, Vulcano, Tomba and Aloch, which also offers night skiing.
The Sass Pordoi cable car will lift you to the Rifugio Maria at an altitude os 2,950 m in just four minutes, from where you can admire the most beautiful summits in the Dolomites. The Terrace of the Dolomites can also be reached without skis using the lift from Canazei and our shuttle service.
Fun for children is also guaranteed thanks to our Baby Snow Parks, where little ones can entertain themselves on inflatables, going around moguls and skiing slalom between cheerful snowmen.
Ski storage and servicing are available directly inside or adjacent to the base stations. Lift stations are connected by the Skibus service.
